Depending on the terms of order, the goods are delivered at the expense of the Buyer or Seller based on the corresponding tariffs of the postal company. The weight of each item and the total weight of the order will be indicated in the "Cart" section.

After confirmation of the order, the following will be sent to the Buyer by email:

  1. Unique four-digit PIN code;
  2. Link to track order status;
  3. Transport declaration number.

On average, delivery time of goods by the postal company is two working days, depending on the region of Ukraine and weather conditions. Receipt of goods at the branch of the transport company is possible only by the person or organization that was specified when placing the order. To receive the goods, the Buyer must have with him the transport declaration number and an identification document. At the Buyer’s expense, it is possible to order additional services of the postal company.

Returns or exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" subject to the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used, it is fully assembled, the integrity of the packaging is not broken;
  • The product does not belong to products that are not subject to exchange and return;
  • Less than 14 days have passed since the Buyer received the product;
  • The factory (warranty) seals, labels and markings are preserved;
  • There is a payment document available.

The cost of the transport company’s services for returning goods of proper quality is paid by the Buyer independently. The goods will be returned to the Buyer in the following cases:

  • The cost of shipping to the Sender of the returned item was not paid in full by the Buyer;
  • When returning the goods, Buyer will indicate the payment method "cash on delivery".

All other conditions for exchange or return of goods are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
