Return or exchange of goods may be carried out within 14 calendar days after the Buyer receives such goods, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods have not been used, are complete, and the packaging is intact;
  • Factory seals, labels, and markings are not damaged;
  • The Buyer has valid proof of purchase.

Return or exchange of goods of improper quality is carried out at the Seller's expense, by any postal (transport) company of Ukraine.

The cost of the transport company's services for the return or exchange of goods of proper quality is paid by the Buyer. Such goods will be returned to the Buyer in case the cost of delivery of the returned goods to the Seller is not fully paid by the Buyer. The Seller may refuse the Buyer’s request for an exchange or return of goods of proper quality if such goods belong to the categories specified in the current list of goods that are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Buyer's requests for return or exchange of goods will not be accepted if the defects of the goods arose as a result of the Buyer's violation of the rules of use of the goods or their storage. The Buyer has the right to participate in the quality inspection of such goods personally or through their representative.

Refunds will be processed in a manner convenient for the Buyer within 7 business days after the Seller receives and inspects such goods.

Any other conditions of exchange or return of goods are governed by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
