When placing an order, the Buyer may choose the following payment options:

  1. Prepayment for the goods. The order can be paid on the website using a bank card or you may request an invoice for bank transfer payment. The goods will be shipped on the next business day after the funds are credited to the Seller's bank account.
  2. Payment upon receipt of the goods. The goods will be shipped on the next business day after order confirmation. Payment for the goods is made upon receipt at the branch of the transport company. This method does not apply to orders with a total weight exceeding 30 kilograms.

After placing the order, the following will be sent to the Buyer's email address:

  • A unique four-digit order PIN code and a link to track its status;
  • The transport declaration number.

Delivery of the goods is carried out by the transport companies “Delivery” and “Nova Poshta”. The delivery cost is determined based on the tariffs of these companies (depending on the weight of the goods and the delivery region) and is paid separately by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. At the Buyer's expense, additional services of the transport company may be ordered, for example, door-to-door delivery or additional packaging.

To receive the goods, the Buyer must have the transport declaration number and an identity document.
