Return or exchange of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days after the Buyer receives the goods, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods have not been used, are complete in full, and the integrity of the packaging has not been violated;
  • Factory seals, labels, and markings are not damaged;
  • The Buyer has a payment document available.

Return or exchange of goods of improper quality is carried out free of charge, at the Seller’s expense, by the transport companies “Delivery” and “Nova Poshta.”

The cost of the transport company’s services for the return or exchange of goods of proper quality shall be paid by the Buyer. Such goods will be returned to the Buyer if the cost of delivery to the Seller of the returned goods is not fully paid by the Buyer. The Seller may refuse the Buyer an exchange or return of goods of proper quality if such goods belong to the categories specified in the current list of goods that are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Buyer’s claims for return or exchange of goods will not be satisfied if the defects in the goods arose as a result of the Buyer’s violation of the rules of use or storage. The Buyer has the right to participate in the quality inspection of such goods personally or through a representative.

Refunds for the goods shall be made in a manner convenient for the Buyer within 7 business days after the Seller receives and inspects the goods.

Any other conditions of exchange or return of goods are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
