Shipping and Payment
When placing an order, the Buyer may choose the following payment options:
- Prepayment for the ordered goods;
- Payment for the goods upon receipt at the branch of the postal company.
All prices on the website are indicated in hryvnias including VAT.
When choosing the "Prepayment" option, the Buyer may pay for the ordered goods online by bank card in a secure mode or request an invoice for payment by bank transfer. The invoice will be sent to the Buyer after the order is confirmed, to their email address. The invoice must be paid in full within three banking days from the date of its issue. The Buyer may pay the received invoice in any convenient way. The paid goods will be shipped to the Buyer on the next business day after the full crediting of funds to the Seller’s settlement account.
When the Buyer chooses the "Payment upon receipt" option, the goods are shipped to the Buyer after the order is confirmed. The cost of the "Payment upon receipt" service is calculated based on the relevant tariffs of the transport company and is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. The "Payment upon receipt" service does not apply to orders with a total weight of more than 30 kilograms.
In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, when paying by bank transfer all necessary documents will be signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS) and provided to the Buyer in electronic form. Upon request and at the Buyer’s expense, the documents in paper form may be sent to the Buyer by the transport company.
Primary documents signed with an electronic digital signature are considered original documents in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services" and "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management". The use of EDS without prior approval of this right is regulated by Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine", according to which primary accounting documents may be drawn up on paper or machine media, and may also be signed using EDS. The Buyer may sign the received documents in electronic document management systems or on the website of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
Depending on the order conditions, the goods are delivered at the expense of the Buyer or the Seller based on the relevant tariffs of the postal (transport) company. The weight of each item and the total weight of the order will be indicated in the "Cart" section.
After the order is confirmed, the following will be sent to the Buyer by email:
- A unique four-digit PIN code;
- A link to track the order status;
- The number of the transport declaration.
On average, the delivery time of the goods by the postal company is two business days, depending on the region of Ukraine and weather conditions. Receipt of the goods at the branch of the transport company is possible only by the person or organization specified when placing the order. To receive the goods, the Buyer must have the number of the transport declaration and an identity document. Additional services of the postal company may be ordered at the Buyer’s expense.
